Our after-school journaling program is designed to empower students by providing a safe and creative space to explore their thoughts and emotions. Over the course of eight weeks, participants engage in guided journaling activities that help them articulate their feelings, reflect on their experiences, and develop healthy coping strategies. The program fosters emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and resilience, equipping students with tools to manage stress and anxiety. Each session includes creative exercises, group discussions, and personalized feedback, encouraging students to express themselves authentically. By the end of the program, students not only enhance their writing skills but also build confidence and emotional well-being.
