International Women's Month: Celebrating Our "Majorly Determined" Board Member

March gives us the opportunity to celebrate International Women’s Month—a time dedicated to honoring the remarkable contributions of women everywhere, and specifically, within our organization. This month, we recognize an extraordinary woman whose passion, dedication, and vision have significantly impacted our mission at I Am Aria, Inc.

Mindi Trimble serves as the Secretary of I Am Aria, Inc., where she has been a pivotal force in driving innovation and ideas. With many years of experience working with youth, preparing them for college entrance, Mindi knows firsthand the pressures and anxieties our youth face during this transformative and pivotal period in a teen's life. Mindi brings that understanding of today's youth to our organization and offers us her collaborative spirit and creative thinking in all we do. No matter what we are working to accomplish, Mindi is always a bright spot during our work for I Am Aria, bringing her down-to-earth humor and quick wit to keep us all smiling.

Mindi has an incredible knack for generating ideas and envisioning possibilities we might otherwise have overlooked. Her enthusiasm for brainstorming is truly inspiring. There is never a time when we meet and work together when Mindi doesn't contribute a plethora of ideas stemming from her knowledge, expertise, and skills.

In addition, to the work she does with us at I Am Aria, Inc., Mindi is the founder of Mindi Trimble Mentoring where her students refer to her as the "bubble wrap of college prep". Mindi offers one-on-one mentoring services designed to help those who wish to improve their college preparedness and application process by refining essay writing skills and academic performance. She empowers the middle through high school students she works with, encouraging them to become "majorly determined" - the mantra she uses in her work as a mentor and, if you ask us, all areas of her life. The youth we work with personally find Mindi to be an engaging and relatable mentor with her blend of humor and matter-of-fact thinking. Her authenticity sets her apart! Mindi is genuine in her interactions, which builds trust and respect among the youth she works with. She is undeniably a force that helps our youth realize their potential and dream big - something deeply valued in our organization as we strive to help all teens we work with maintain positive mental health.

We want to take this moment during International Women's Month to express our heartfelt gratitude for Mindi's unwavering dedication and contributions to I Am Aria, Inc. She not only helps us advance our mission in all that she does, but continually inspires us by embodying compassion, commitment, and creativity.
